Training Complete. Mission Continues.
The inaugural Wilderness Tactical Emergency Care (W-TEC) course has been successfully completed at the Al Adan Women and Childrenโs Hospital โ Training Center.
Over two intensive days, participants engaged in advanced, scenario-based training that combined evidence-based medical education with realistic tactical applications. The program focused on tactical casualty care, prolonged field care, critical decision-making under pressure, leadership, and effective team coordination in austere, remote, and high-threat environments.
As one of the first programs to integrate Wilderness Medicine and Tactical Emergency Care into a single comprehensive curriculum, W-TEC establishes a new standard for preparing healthcare professionals, first responders, and tactical personnel to deliver lifesaving care when conventional resources are limited and evacuation is delayed.
Congratulations to all participants for their professionalism, dedication, and commitment to advancing the future of tactical and wilderness emergency medicine.
Leading innovation. Advancing readiness. Saving lives
