Move with intention. Breathe through the challenge. Find a little more space in your mind.

Power Flow | Fridays at 9am | Vital

Graceful movement, long holds and a steady connection to your breath—this is strength without the rush.

Through an intentional sequence built around repetition, the movements become familiar, giving you space to feel rather than overthink. Flow of the body becomes flow of the mind—a moving meditation where you can feel challenged, grounded and fully present.

Leave feeling stronger, clearer and more connected to yourself.

Join me on the mat this and every Friday. 🤍

I first came to yoga for the physical practice. I loved moving my body and how grounded I felt afterwards.

As I explored the breath, meditation and philosophy, something began to change in my everyday life.

I hadn’t realised how much time I spent caught up in my head, or how quickly I reacted when I felt stressed.

Little by little, I became calmer. I started recognising my patterns and giving myself a moment before responding. I felt more connected to myself and more at ease.

Life still has its challenges. But the way I meet them has changed.

That’s what inspires my teaching, and why I created Come Back to Yourself—a simple place to begin exploring breath, movement and awareness.

We can make meditating incredibly complicated.
But awareness comes first.
Before techniques.
Before counting.
Before trying to achieve some perfect state of calm.
Notice how you’re breathing.
Because your breath can tell you a lot about what’s happening within you.
This is the first part of the Rachel Lesley Method:

BREATHE.
Not because everything needs fixing.
Because awareness gives us somewhere to begin.

Before your feet have even hit the floor, you’re already planning the day.

Thinking about what needs doing.
Remembering what you forgot.
Replaying yesterday.
Wondering how you’re going to fit everything in.

I know that feeling.

One of the biggest things yoga has given me is the awareness to notice when I’m caught up in my head — and a way to come back to myself.

For me, that begins with breath.

A moment to pause.
To feel that I’m here.
To notice what’s happening before automatically rushing into the next thing.

This is the foundation of the Rachel Lesley Method:

BREATHE → MOVE → FEEL → OBSERVE → CONNECT

Breath brings us into the present. Movement brings us into the body. From there, we begin to notice how we feel, observe our patterns and reconnect with ourselves.

Little by little. Breath by breath. Day by day.

If this feels familiar, my free Come Back to Yourself guide is a simple place to begin.

Breath by breath, moment by moment we dive a little bit deeper into our truth

09/08/2026

Movement doesn’t need to be long, intense or complicated to make a difference.
Ten minutes counts. A short run counts. A walk, a yoga practice, dancing around your kitchen—it all counts.
The key is finding something you genuinely enjoy, because when you enjoy it, you’re far more likely to keep doing it.
Don’t wait until you have more time or feel more motivated. Start where you are, move in a way that feels good and commit to showing up consistently.
A little movement, repeated often, can change so much—your energy, your mood, your strength and the way you feel in your body.
What kind of movement makes you feel good? 🤍

This week I’m definitely feeling the shift in my hormones, I’m not a fan of the word perimenopausal as I think it just adds another label, another thing to worry about, but I notice the stiffness the bloating and the inability to finish a sentence, As women we’ve spent our whole lives living with hormones fluctuations so instead of getting caught up the label can you just expect yourself today, be kind to yourself, nourish yourself, love yourself, Take a deep breath in and big sigh out, let it go, all is impermanent and soon shall pass,
