Anesthesia requires continuous monitoring. Vital signs are followed closely throughout the procedure, and medication is adjusted whenever needed. Awareness during anesthesia is rare, and if there are any signs, the anesthesiologist can adjust quickly. Side effects such as nausea and vomiting can also be anticipated and managed through proper assessment and preparation.
