Drawing from her experience in Kriya Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Keshia creates practices that balance mindful movement, breath awareness and moments of stillness. She also incorporates simple pranayama techniques, recognising the powerful role that conscious breathing plays in helping us regulate, ground and reconnect 🍃

Through her Restorative Yoga classes, you’ll be invited to move less, notice more. Influenced by the quiet depth of yin yoga, her classes offer a space to pause, reconnect with yourself and cultivate a greater sense of presence, ease and balance 🙏🏽

The Yoga Sutras by Sage Patanjali do not view challenges as roadblocks, but as natural stepping stones that help you discover who you are and build inner strength. They outline exactly why difficulties arise and provide a timeless toolkit for navigating them through unwavering focus and mental discipline.

Singular Focus (Sutra I.32): To combat life’s scattering energy, train your mind to focus entirely on a single principle, object, or daily practice (such as breathing or meditation). This single-pointed concentration steadies your emotional experience.

Chanting and Reflection (Sutra I.29): The repetitive chanting of Om (or Japa) is recommended to naturally turn an overwhelmed, outward-looking mind back inward, helping you find center.

Steadiness and Ease (Sutra II.46): When facing physical or life challenges, ground yourself by finding Sthira (steadiness/firmness) and Sukha (comfort/ease) in your posture and your approach to life.
