Breath Alchemist — guided nervous-system reset experiences, deep rest, breathwork, and restorative retreats for modern professionals and conscious travellers.

Not every new beginning needs to be loud.

Sometimes, it begins with a slower breath, a little more space, and the courage to turn the page—gently.

Whatever August carried, may September give you room to pause, imagine and begin again in your own time.

Here’s to a month of quieter minds, clearer hearts and meaningful new chapters. 🍃

Hello, September. 🤍

After GROUND - Chapter 02 🌿

A quiet moment after the session with the two people who stand closest to my heart - my wife and my son.

GROUND is a space I created for others to pause, breathe, soften, and come back to themselves. But after holding that space, this photo reminded me of something very simple and beautiful - I am held too.

Held by family.
Held by love.
Held by patience, support, and all the quiet things that often happen behind the scenes.

4th July was not just another event for me. It was a reminder that the work we offer to the world becomes more meaningful when it comes from a place that is real.

Grateful to everyone who joined GROUND.
Grateful for this journey.
Grateful for the quiet strength beside me.

With love,
Paba

A quiet reflection from someone who experienced our first GROUND gathering. 🌿

GROUND is not just a yoga class or a workshop. It is a carefully held morning space to pause, breathe, release, and come back to yourself.

This Saturday, we gather again for:

GROUND – Chapter 02
Return to Self
Saturday, 4 July
9.00 AM – 11.30 AM
IshTara, Colombo 07

A few seats are still available.
Message me if this feels like something you need right now. 🌿

People are often surprised when they learn that the person guiding GROUND comes from an engineering and project management background.

For years, my life revolved around deadlines, pressure, and constant movement.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that while I had learned how to perform, I had forgotten how to pause.

GROUND was born from that realization.

Not as an escape from life, but as an invitation to slow down, breathe, and return to ourselves while living it.

When was the last time you truly paused? 🌿

Some mornings ask you to do more.

This one asked us to do less.

To slow down.
To breathe.
To simply be.

A small glimpse into what unfolded at GROUND. 🌿

19/06/2026

What did GROUND actually look like?

It looked like people were giving themselves permission to pause.

To slow down.

To breathe.

To rest.

To spend a few hours away from the constant pull of responsibilities, expectations, and distractions.

These moments were captured during our first GROUND gathering on 6th June at IshTara Sri Lanka

There was no rush.
No performance.
No pressure to be anything other than what we already were.

Just breath.
Just presence.
Just a gentle return to ourselves.

GROUND — Chapter 02
RETURN TO SELF

One quiet moment from our first GROUND gathering on 06th June, at IshTara Sri Lanka

For a brief morning, there was nowhere to rush to.

Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to fix.

Just a gentle invitation to pause, notice the breath, and reconnect with ourselves.

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, perhaps the most meaningful journey is the one that brings us back inward.

GROUND - Return to Self 🌿

When was the last time you sat quietly with yourself?
Not scrolling.
Not planning.
Not solving.
Just being.

Life has a way of pulling our attention outward.

Towards responsibilities.
Towards expectations.
Towards everything that needs us.

GROUND is an invitation to pause that movement for a while.
To slow down.
To breathe.
To rest.
To return.

This month's theme:
RETURN TO SELF

Not to become someone new.
Simply to reconnect with what is already there.

🌿 A warm welcome to everyone who joined this journey recently.

This community quietly crossed 200 followers a few weeks ago. Behind every follow is a person seeking a little more calm, clarity, presence, or simply a moment to breathe.

Thank you for being here.

May we remember, from time to time, to pause, breathe, and come home to ourselves.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is stop.

A recent evening spent on a rooftop in Colombo, guiding the team at Welkin Constructions through breathwork, deep relaxation, and the simple practice of being present.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, the breath gently reminds us to pause.

My sincere thanks to my friend Eng. TM Thilanka Kasun Wijemanna and the Welkin Constructions team for the invitation, trust, and willingness to explore the power of stillness.

Breathe. Pause. Reset. 🌿
