What does it really mean to enjoy work?
I think it goes beyond just doing what you are passionate about, it’s about having the freedom to make choices, it’s being able to prioritize yourself and your family and still have the satisfaction of doing something you love ❤️ Today I am grateful to be working as a doctor but still be able to spend time with my son. I am no longer missing his firsts but I am also quite happy to help another child and parent in distress to feel a little better.
Everyday is not perfect there are really exhausting days but still in the end it’s all worth it!

I am excited to share with you that I recently had the opportunity to conduct a health talk at Robert Walters Hong Kong- on winning cancer! I am grateful not only for the opprtunity to be able to educate my audience on the importance of preventative measures and healthy living practices but also humbled to have positive feedback from members of the audience.
During the talk, I emphasized the crucial role of early detection and regular screening in detecting cancer early on. I also emphasized the need for a healthy lifestyle and the holistic approach towards preventing this terrible disease.

As a health professional, there's nothing that excites me more than sharing my knowledge and insights about health and wellness with others. That's why I'm beyond thrilled to announce that my article, published in EMAAZ magazine "Health Check- Health Facts and Myths," has gone live for readers to enjoy!
As someone who is passionate about promoting health and wellness, it was an absolute joy to write this article and to have the opportunity to share it with you.

A mini health camp for pre-schoolers conducted with collaboration with last year.
It always gives me so much joy to work with children ❤️ It was definitely a new concept to try to connect with pre schoolers on health promotion. But it was definitely a great success!
