We believe that in whatever form you need us to show up online, at retreats or events is a way to serve while we are holding space, guiding, and supporting you in your own journey. We are helping you to live a more balanced life, a healthier life, and a better life as well as to be more in touch with your feelings and your body. We support you in finding what is good for you and what isn’t. We love to nurture and help you with healthy food or with movement, breath, meditation, or coaching.

the mint tea has gone cold in everyone’s glasses because nobody’s thinking about tea.

and i remember standing there thinking, nobody in this circle is going to remember the exact yoga sequence we did on day three. or what was on the lunch menu. or which riad room they slept in.

what they’re going to remember is this. this exact feeling.

i’m not running retreats. i’m not teaching yoga. i’m not hosting dinners.

i’m handing people a feeling and hoping it stays.

so no. we don’t sell yoga retreats.

this september we close that chapter. our last two retreats in the red city.

rooted rhythms with tina (31 aug–6 sept): grounded hatha & vinyasa, intuitive movement, restorative postures, breath, chakra meditation.

radiant sun with me (3–9 sept): tuning into the chakras and the feminine archetypes through vinyasa flow, yin & restorative yoga, kundalini, breathwork, journaling.

we got crafty again. 🌝

these are our last retreats in marrakech in september and of course we’re ending with a brasse workshop.
everyone picks a symbol, something that means something to them, something that just feels right, and then we stamp it into brass with a hammer. no erasing. no second chances.
I always get a little nervous before I hit it down. and then it’s done and it’s mine and it’s not perfect and I love it.

there’s something about sitting around a table with a group of women, all concentrating, all making something with their hands. quiet in the best way. collective and also completely individual at the same time.

On June 21st I was celebrating my 36th birthday. 🌹
Throughout my life people have complimented me on my sunny vibes and yellow aura.
I’m born on the summer solstice, a day where the sun is on the highest point. The longest day of the year. For thousands of years people have lit fires, gathered at Stonehenge, danced, prayed. Everyone understood this day was different.

Since I’m born very late on June 21st my sun is already in Cancer. And my moon is still in Gemini. Cancer is the sign of the mother, the nurturer and the moon. I feel all the things and I feel them deep, in full depth. My Gemini moon adds the words and the curiosity and the need to connect.

Summer solstice is also a pivot day. A day to reflect how you want to spend the rest of your year, with power, intention. It’s basically the original mid-year check-in.
I’m in the midst of change and I decided that I want to use the rest of the year for new creative offerings to support women with all the knowledge I have gathered the past 10 years. My work is built around the chakras, and lately I added the layer of the feminine archetypes.
Lately, more and more people asked me if I would do 1:1 sessions with them.
