Product Executive – Male/ Female – 2 posts
Job Description (JD)
• Develop and execute product strategies for medical device portfolio
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Provide clinical and technical support to sales team and clients
• Deliver product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital stakeholders
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for improvements
• Coordinate with regulatory team for product compliance and registration
• Assist in marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
• Manage inventory, forecasting, and supply chain coordination
• Travel frequently for hospital visits, conferences, and fieldwork
Job Specification (JS)
• B.Med.Tech (Physiotherapy)
• 1–3 years of experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical setting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of physiotherapy practices and medical devices
• Rehabilitation, orthopedics and physiotherapy modalities knowledge
• Product demonstration, clinical application, and troubleshooting
• Ability to translate clinical needs into product solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking mindset
• Committed to continuous professional development and product knowledge
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
