A new partnership at the National Tennis Centre πΎπͺ
The Malta Tennis & Padel Federation (MTPF) is delighted to announce a new partnership with The Movement School Malta and Da Vinci Health, bringing together expertise in movement, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and athletic performance.
Based at the National Tennis Centre, The Movement School Malta will provide a range of services including physiotherapy, strength training, conditioning, rehabilitation, injury prevention and physical development.
Affiliated to The Running and Movement School UK, led by world renowned coach Mike Antoinades, the initiative adds an important new dimension to the National Tennis Centre and to the support available to Maltaβs athletes.
Dr Marc Gingell Littlejohn, President of the MTPF, said:
βWe want the NTC to become much more than a place where tennis is enjoyed. This partnership allows us to bring together sport, health, movement and performance in one environment. It will give our athletes access to the expertise they need to enhance performance, stay healthier and reduce injury, while also providing valuable services to the wider community.β
Josef Pace, Physiotherapist and Founder of The Movement School Malta, said:
βOur goal is to help people move better, perform better and live healthier lives. Working alongside the MTPF and Da Vinci Health gives us an excellent platform to bring evidence-based physiotherapy, strength & conditioning and rehabilitation services directly into a sporting environment.β
This partnership is another step in our vision of making the National Tennis Centre a modern, inclusive sporting hub β not only for tennis, but for the wider sporting community.
Better movement. Better performance. Better health.
