We're growing, and we're looking for an Operations, Fulfilment & Store Coordinator to join our team!
We're a small, family-run Maltese business with big ambitions, and we need someone who's organised, hands-on and ready to grow with us.
Here's what you'll be doing:
📦 Owning the order journey - picking and packing online orders, preparing orders for dispatch and managing Shopify fulfilment.
🛍️ Being the friendly face of +boost - welcoming customers into our Birkirkara store, handling in-store purchases, collections and customer queries.
🗃️ Managing the store - checkinging inventory, receiving incoming stock and making sure our warehouse is always in top shape.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Friendly, positive and comfortable dealing with customers
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Proactive and happy to work independently
- A team player who's happy to help wherever needed
Experience in retail, fulfilment or inventory management is a plus, but the right attitude matters more! We're happy to train the right person.
