So, for this month, I’ve chosen a topic that touches the lives of many of us, yet often goes unnoticed until it’s too late - Osteoporosis.
We often think bone health as something separate from spine health, but the two are closely connected.
Often called the ‘silent disease’, osteoporosis gradually weakens our bones, increasing the risk of fractures.
In Part I, we’ll explore what osteporosis is.
