Mariel Witmond

Her journey from stress-induced health battles to holistic healing is a testament to the power of self-discovery. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. Mindful Sonder is the conscious awareness that we all have, and all are, living our own personal truths. We live our lives based on how we choose to live, and see, the world around us. As human beings, we have the answers we are looking for already within us, sometimes we just need a little help to access them. Working the mind, body and spirit, I take a holistic approach to wellbeing. This manifest itself for me in three areas: Life Coaching, Yoga and Nutrition. This website was created through personal experience to help others find and live their best lives. Everyday is a Chance to Change Your Life.
