Caso de éxito: Salud y paciencia para unas orejitas felices ✨👂
Muchas veces creemos que el oro o la plata son la solución cuando una perforación no sana, pero la realidad es otra. Hoy les comparto el caso de una pequeña valiente que llevaba más de un año sufriendo con sus perforaciones en los lóbulos que no fueron realizadas por mi: molestia constante, sangrado, dolor intenso y una cicatrización que nunca llegaba.
Al hacer la revisión, encontré una fuerte inflamación, secreción y un granuloma de tamaño considerable en la parte posterior de su oreja izquierda.
¿Cómo lo solucioné?
1️⃣Realicé una limpieza profunda y especializada.
2️⃣Drené el granuloma de manera segura.
3️⃣Coloqué joyería certificada de Titanio ASTM F-136 Grado Implante, completamente esterilizada en autoclave.

We often think gold or silver is the ultimate solution when a piercing won't heal, but that isn't always the case. Today I want to share the story of a brave little girl who had been suffering for over a year with her lobe piercings not performed by me: constant discomfort, bleeding, severe pain, and a piercing that just wouldn't heal.
When I evaluated her ear, I found severe inflammation, discharge, and a sizable granuloma on the back of her left ear.
How I fixed it:
1. Performed a deep, professional cleaning.
2. Safely drained the granuloma.
3. Replaced the earrings with implant-grade Titanium ASTM F-136 certified jewelry, fully sterilized in an autoclave.
