Congratulations to our newest Millionaire Award Recipient, ✨ Lissa Quinlan ✨!

After saying YES to THRIVE in 2016, Lissa has built a journey centered around people, personal growth, and a lifestyle she loves.

Ten years ago, I never could have imagined where saying YES to Le-Vel would take me.
I started my Thrive journey in January 2016 because I wanted to feel better, have more energy, and find more of me again. What I didn’t know at the time was that this little decision would become a 10+ year journey filled with incredible people, friendships, personal growth, and opportunities I never expected.

Today, being recognized as a Millionaire Award Recipient is honestly a little surreal.
I’m not someone who loves the spotlight, and I’ve never been motivated by a title or a number. What has always mattered most to me is the PEOPLE.

Helping someone feel better.
Watching someone believe in themselves again.
Seeing a customer become a friend.
Helping another woman realize she doesn’t have to put herself last.
And having the freedom to build this around the life I already love.

Le-Vel has allowed me to create a lifestyle that includes horses, pickleball, family, travel, and time with the people I love—while doing something I genuinely enjoy.
There have been plenty of ups and downs along the way, but consistency has been the biggest lesson for me. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep showing up, keep learning, keep serving, and keep going. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me, supported me, worked beside me, or simply cheered me on along the way.

This milestone may have my name on it, but it certainly wasn’t achieved alone.
Thank you, Le-Vel, for a journey I never could have imagined when I started in 2016.
Here’s to continuing to THRIVE!
