Not to be dramatic but you and your bestie in the cottage country, music blasting, bare feet in the grass, lots of sun and a bottle of Prosecco might actually fix everything :)

Small shifts— but they kinda changed everything lol. Turns out I wasn’t “fine” I was just living in survival mode 🥴 You don’t realize how long you’ve been stuck there until your body finally learns what calm feels like

Notice how these aren’t big life-altering changes either. They’re small, consistent habits that slowly taught my body that it’s safe again. And that’s the thing— your nervous system doesn’t need extremes. It needs consistency, nourishment, and signals of safety!!!

Balanced blood sugar, daily movement, nervous system regulation— all key for healthy hormones, skin, gut, and mind

Also, self talk is so important! Are you making situations more stressful than they need to be? Because… same HAHA.
No but fr I’ve gotten way better at not overthinking it, but sometimes it’s not easy— and that’s just being human 🤷🏻‍♀️ As long as you move through it and don’t let it get the best of you🧘🏻‍♀️onwards and upwards 💫

If you’re feeling stuck in fight or flight, start small.
Pick one habit and just be consistent! Save this for when you need a reset

Doctors orders (don’t ask questions) 🤪

No but seriously???! — ask me how pumped I was at 3am hahaha. No more overpriced bottles or questionable airplane water🫢 Bring your own mineral spring water, say it’s for medical reasons, they’ll scan it and let it through!

Has anyone tried this? This might be one of the best loopholes I’ve discovered yet lol…. I’m a water snob and I’m fully owning it :)::):)

my brain is just: what am I eating next? what groceries do we need? did I get enough fibre + protein today? also.. I need more loose leaf tea

a constant cycle of meals, nourishment, and little rituals ☕️🫖🫧🍃
