My loves, our bloodlines carry wisdom, gifts, courage, and creativity. They can also carry pain, silence, and patterns we’ve repeated without ever stopping to ask: Is this mine to keep?

This October, inside Indigenous Medicine Woman with Mama Yaya, my Skool community, we’re exploring our bloodlines—what we want to honor, what we’re ready to release, and what we want to welcome for the generations coming after us.

In many spiritual traditions, this season is honored as a time when the veil grows thinner. I welcome it as an invitation to draw closer to our ancestors, listen with intention, and deepen our relationship with our roots.

What wisdom are you ready to reclaim? What burden are you ready to lay down? What would you like your bloodline to carry more of—peace, love, rest, prosperity, joy?
