Over the years, I have realised that what I love most about teaching yoga isn't only the practice itself.
It is what happens around the practice.
The conversations.
The questions.
The moments when something shifts.
The courage to look at ourselves a little more honestly.
And the feeling that we don't have to do it all alone.
Yoga has become much more than physical exercise for me. It is a way of understanding ourselves, becoming more aware of our patterns, finding more space inside and learning how to bring the practice into our everyday lives.
And I would love to explore this together with you.
I am starting a small online yoga4men Mentorship & Community.
There is another reason that feels especially important to me.
Many of us meet through my yoga retreats, share a beautiful experience together, create friendships and connections — and then, when the retreat ends, we go back to our separate lives.
Until the next retreat, we can be quite out of touch.
I would love to change that.
I want this online space to help us keep our yogic friendship alive between retreats — to continue practising together, stay connected, share what is happening in our lives and keep supporting each other on the path.
It is also ideal if you are travelling, moving around, living somewhere without a regular yoga studio, or simply don't have access to a yoga community where you are.
Wherever you are, you can stay connected to your practice and to our community.
For £42 per month, you will have access to:
🧘 Live Online Hatha & Kundalini Yoga classes
🌬️ Pranayama, meditation and deeper practices
💬 Community meetings and conversations around yoga and life
🌱 Personal guidance and mentorship
🤝 A small, supportive community of people practising together
The intention isn't simply to give you more yoga classes.
It is to help you make yoga part of your life.
We can explore questions such as:
How do I deal with stress and uncertainty?
How can I let go of patterns that no longer serve me?
What does it really mean to be present?
How can I use yoga when life becomes difficult?
How can I create more energy, clarity and joy?
And there will also be plenty of space for you to bring your own questions and experiences.
The proposed rhythm
Start 19th October
Yoga practice + community / discussion
Sunday or Monday evening — 19:00 UK time (14.00 EST time)
One weekday lunch time— 13:00 UK time (8.00 NY time)
A second live yoga practice
I'm considering Monday or Tuesday lunch time at 13:00, but I would love to hear what works best for you before I fix the schedule.
The sessions will be live and interactive.
You can ask questions, share experiences and — importantly — stay connected with the people you have met through our retreats.
Because for me, human connection is an essential part of yoga.
This isn't about becoming a perfect yogi.
It is about becoming a little more connected to yourself, to your body, to your mind — and to each other.
Whether you are at home, travelling somewhere across the world, or simply missing the feeling of practising with a community, this can be our space to stay connected.
Practice.
Connect.
Grow.
Stay together.
If this speaks to you, simply DM with "YES" and I'll send you the details and the start date.
I would really love to continue this journey with you — not only when we meet on retreat, but throughout the year.❤️
With love,
Rad
