Upcoming men’s retreat…

19/05/2022

• BERLIN NEXT STOP • we are bringing ancient breathing techniques to the modern world to enhance physical, emotional an spiritual well being. Many people who experience our Cacao, Breath & Sound Healing Journeys describe them as profoundly life changing •

Old friends are gathering, sharing gifts of wisdom, kindness, support and unconditional love.

We are not in this life seeking to change anyone, or tell anyone what to do, we are only here to respond too the call of those who wants to remember, those who want to ignite the spark of an all encompassing care of every living thing on this earth.

The awakening of the real self, the one who knows that it does not matter if the self becomes one, because the self cannot leave this place until all human beings remember, and we all go together onward to the next place of the seeking of light.

May you all walk in the love and the light of the one ♾

Energy coming in from the root is like the autonomic nerve system, where an attitude of acceptance and openness is enough to sustain the body. The calling of the leaves to receive light from the sun is like those parts of the system which are of the conscious control. Combined together these forces generates a more intelligent form of light or consciousnesses

A-lot of the time we think we need to fix and solve everything that we perceive as being wrong with us, there is always a trauma, a goal or a behavior to change.

But most of the time it’s enough to simply relax so completely that all the tension and pressure of trying to be something better than what we are in this moment, simply goes away.

In that moment we become aware that within us there is complete wholeness and infinite fulfillment.

Within the wisdom of ice cold water we find acceptance 🧊

The thing i love the most about this amazing medicine is the emotions. Seeing the expressions of dealing with the extreme stress of ice and then the point where you find that inner power and relax into the situation.

The transformation of going from trauma into peace is such a beautiful thing to experience and I feel blessed to witness you guys going through all of it with a big smile of your face.

Thank you for engaging fully and sharing this experience with us.

We have more workshops coming at .decristal if you feel called to learn and experience the power of breathing, cold exposure and movement you can reach out to me or for details and if you are Interested in organizing a private event with friends just let us know.
