These words from Anna mummy mean so much to us. As a first-time mummy, she appreciated having a caring team explain things step by step and patiently guide her as she learned to care for her baby 👩🏻‍🍼

From nurses caring for her baby day and night to our lactation consultant teaching her how to breastfeed and checking on her progress daily, she had someone to turn to throughout her stay.

Before she headed home, our chief nurse also sat down with her for a one-to-one session, going through mummy and baby care and patiently answering her questions. Together with classes such as CPR, this guidance helped her prepare for the next chapter at home.
