This Malaysia Day, we visited a Children’s Welfare Home (Persatuan Kebajikan Wen Hua) to spend some time, share some care, and create a few smiles. 🇲🇾❤️
We came to give, but left with even more — happiness, laughter, and beautiful memories. 🫶

每天都在帮别人顾腰，但问题来了……谁来顾我的腰？😂

身为 Chiropractor，我自己对椅子的选择其实蛮讲究的。一张好的 Ergonomic Chair，不只是“坐得舒服”这么简单。我通常会特别注意：
✔️ 椅子高度能不能调节
✔️ 扶手能不能调整
✔️ Headrest 能不能配合自己的高度
✔️ 有没有足够的腰部支撑

因为每个人的身高和身体比例都不同，能够根据自己的身体去调整，才是我比较看重的。最近体验了 OSIM uErgoh，最吸引我的地方就是它把人体工学椅 + 按摩结合在一起。工作、回信息、滑手机的时候，都可以同时享受按摩；累了还可以把脚垫打开，往后躺着好好放松一下。😌

每天都在照顾别人，偶尔也要记得照顾一下自己。
现在终于有人顾我的腰了 😂

This 10-year-old girl has been working consistently with chiropractic care + physiotherapy, focusing on her posture, spinal mobility, muscle balance, and strength.

📸 Her latest X-ray shows her measured scoliosis angle changing from 35° to 30°.

With growing children, scoliosis needs to be carefully monitored, and every case progresses differently.

Our goal is not just about the number on an X-ray — it’s also about helping her move better, build strength, and support her development as she grows.

So proud of her consistency and effort throughout this journey. 💪🏻
