Baking Day ~
Today’s bake: a six-inch, three-layer Passion Fruit Lemon Curd Cake made for a lovely customer. Filled with Chantilly cream and passion fruit lemon curd, then finished with another layer of curd and decorated with fresh passion fruit, edible gold flakes and dark chocolate butterflies.

Fresh Cream Fruits Landslide Cake

A little fruity indulgence! ❤️

Three delicate layers of fragrant Osmanthus Tea Chiffon Cake, filled with luscious fresh cream and juicy strawberries between each layer.

Finished with an abundance of fresh strawberries and a sprinkling of blueberries, beautifully arranged to create a playful landslide effect — as though the fruits are tumbling down from the top of the cake!

Light, fluffy, refreshing and not overly sweet. A lovely balance of floral notes, creamy goodness and the natural sweetness of fresh berries.

Ham Dan Sou (Salted Egg Yolk Pastry) is one of my all-time favourites. This traditional Chinese bite-sized treat is especially popular during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Beneath its delicate, flaky crust lies smooth Hong Kong white lotus paste and a whole salted egg yolk at the centre—a beautifully balanced combination of savoury richness and gentle sweetness.

Baked a loaf of strawberry toast using natural yeast water that I cultivated from fresh strawberries. The bread turned out beautifully soft and fluffy, with a lovely strawberry aroma.

Made this three-layer Lemon Passion Fruit Cake for a customer’s birthday!

Made with all-natural, premium ingredients, each layer is filled with homemade lemon passion fruit curd. The cake is crumb-coated with light Chantilly cream and finished with another luscious layer of lemon passion fruit curd on the outside.
