Every photo tells a story. 🥗💚

Following the meal plan, celebrating every small goal, and choosing to take care of your health—one meal at a time. 🌱

Some ask, "Coach, is this balanced?" 🤔
Some already know... but still "accidentally" naughty. 😂🍚

That's okay. The next meal? Extra veggies, extra fibre. Mission recovery. 🥦💪

A coach isn't here to judge your choices or catch your mistakes. ❤️
I'm here to walk with you, guide you, and help you become a little healthier every day.

Calorie Comparison: Cooking Methods Matter
(Clean Protein)
Low calories; precise protein intake with minimal fat.
(Fried Traps)
Calorie Bomb! Oil absorption spikes the total calories by 200-300%.
(Key Takeaway):
Same ingredients, but the way you cook it determines if it's a fitness meal or a calorie bomb.
