YOUR NEXT CHAPTER STARTS HERE. ✨
For a long time, my professional life and my personal life seemed to belong to two different worlds.
I studied Applied Mathematics, worked in banking, insurance and digital marketing, taught at university and spent over 20 years in corporate environments.
I know what it’s like to have a demanding career, deadlines, responsibilities and a mind that never seems to switch off.
But somewhere along the way, I started asking myself:
What is the point of doing well in life if you’re not actually feeling good living it?
Yoga came into my life in 2006, long before it became my profession. What started as a search for something I couldn’t quite put into words became much more than a physical practice. It changed how I understood myself, my body, my emotions and the stories I was living by.
In 2020, I made a career change and became a yoga teacher. Since then, I’ve continued to study, teach, organise retreats and work with people from very different backgrounds.
And one thing has become increasingly clear:
Change isn’t just about awareness. It’s about breaking old patterns and creating new ways of being.
Recognising what’s happening. Learning to regulate our responses. Questioning old beliefs. Resignifying our experiences and creating new ways of thinking, feeling and living.
This is at the heart of my work.
Our past, our experiences and our circumstances shape who we are. But they don’t have to define who we become.
That’s why my work takes different forms: 1:1, corporate wellbeing, retreats and yoga. Different ways to explore the same possibility: living with more awareness, freedom, energy and intention.
🤍 I don’t believe we need to be healed. I believe we’re already whole. We just need to remember who we are, beneath all the layers we’ve accumulated along the way.
Your next chapter doesn’t have to start with a big decision. Sometimes it starts with a conversation, a class, a weekend away or simply deciding that something needs to change.
If something here speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you.
