THE DRY SEASON IS OVER, BUT LASSA FEVER IS STILL HERE ALL YEAR.
In one week in July 2026, Nigeria recorded 20 confirmed cases.
Keep food in closed containers that rats cannot reach. Keep your surroundings clean. Go to the hospital early if you have a fever that does not go away, especially if malaria treatment is not working.
You do not need to wait until there is bleeding before going to the hospital.
