Skin peeling or cracking is a common problem that can affect different parts of the body, including the hands, feet, lips, and face. In many cases, it is caused by something as simple as dry skin or irritation. However, persistent peeling can sometimes be linked to an infection or an underlying skin condition.

Here are some common causes and simple ways to care for your skin.

DRY SKIN:
Dry skin is one of the most common reasons the skin becomes rough, flaky, or cracked. Cold weather, low humidity, frequent bathing, and repeated washing can make the problem worse.

DEHYDRATION:
Not drinking enough fluids may contribute to dry skin, particularly when the body is already losing water through sweating or hot weather.. Read the full now & the viral video .

SIMPLE REMEDY:
Apply a gentle moisturizer regularly, especially after bathing. Avoid using very hot water becase it can remove the skin’s natural oils.

🚨 LOW BLOOD PRESSURE? DON’T JUST IGNORE IT!

Feeling dizzy, weak, light-headed or like you may faint? Your blood pressure may be too low.

Remember FAST:

F – Find a safe position: Lie down and raise the legs if you feel faint.
A – Assess: Check your blood pressure, pulse and how you feel.
S – Supply fluids: If you are awake and can swallow, drink water or an appropriate oral rehydration solution, especially if dehydration may be the cause.
T – Treat the cause: Low BP can result from dehydration, blood loss, infection, medicines and other conditions. Find the cause instead of treating the number alone.
⚠️ If someone is unconscious, confused, severely weak, bleeding heavily, having chest pain or struggling to breathe, seek emergency medical care immediately.
