Wauw!! We did it! 🤍

What a beautiful, warm, emotional and inspiring week it was. Everyone left with a smile, and a tear.
The most important message I heard was:

“I feel connected to myself again. I didn’t know that was possible.”

And this is exactly why I wanted to create this retreat. To create a space where we can reconnect with ourselves, sometimes without even realizing how much we need that connection.

I’m so happy and proud of myself for creating this week and bringing this vision to life.

A huge thank you to Esther, Arja and Derk for making this week even more beautiful with your energy, love and presence. I’m forever grateful. 🙏🏾

5 weeks to go!! Wow, time is flying! I can’t believe we are almost there and heading to Alicante!
The thought of having my own retreat has been in my system for such a long time. After doing the work I do now for over 25 years, I thought… why not put it all together into one week, surrounded by wonderful people, and create your own little community?
Last year, when I became very sick and had an infection in my brain, life suddenly became very different. When I slowly started coming back to myself, the entrepreneur in me also started to wake up again. I started asking myself: what is it that I really want to do with my life?
And one of the things that kept coming up was this retreat.

During my recovery, I experienced what deep rest and deep nervous system regulation can really do. And I knew I wanted other people to experience this too.
So that’s what we are going to do in Alicante.
We will come together and experience deep rest, nervous system regulation and connection, together with healthy, fresh food, laughter, joy, dance and so much more.

I am beyond excited, grateful and thankful that this is actually happening. There are still a couple of spots available! Send me a DM for more info or comment ALIGN and I’ll send you all the information.

We found a new place, the same intention. ✨
I’m so happy to finally share the new flyer for our Align Yourself Retreat 2026!

Although the retreat has moved to a beautiful new location in Alicante, Spain, the heart of the experience remains exactly the same: a space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Together we’ll create room for rest, healing and connection through yoga, breathwork, nourishing food, sound healing, massages, nature and simply just being.
