Straight from my father’s hives in Sv. Katarina, Istria, Croatia, this is unprocessed, unheated artisan honey made with love & unlimited care for the bees.

Deep, layered aromas are shaped by the region’s climate and wild flora - A favourite in both fine dining and home kitchens.

Two kinds to choose from: 🌼 Acacia: light, delicate and endlessly versatile. Perfect as a natural sweetener or drizzled over your food.
 🌳 Linden: bold and aromatic. Traditionally used to soothe colds, coughs and for general respiratory comfort.

🍯 900g jar: €25

Cold-extracted to keep all the natural enzymes, pollen and nutrients. Never heated, never filtered.

Our bees forage over kilometres of wild meadows, forest groves and coastal herb fields, far from any agricultural land which makes honey exquisite and unique.

The feedback we hear most? “It tastes like my childhood.” That golden, aromatic flavour. We couldn’t be happier, because that’s exactly what it is: sustainable beekeeping with love and respect for the bees. 🐝

Join us for an experiential Ayurveda Immersion where we’ll explore how emotions shape the body, and how learning to recognise the various patterns can completely change the way you understand your health.

“I’m Haydeé, the heart behind Haydee’s YIN.

My own life journey has taught me the importance of slowing down, breathing consciously, and truly feeling. In moments when I lost connection with myself, I discovered how healing it can be to pause, turn inward, and simply be.

From that experience, my mission was born: to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. A space where nothing is expected, everything is welcome, and you can release tension, let go of what no longer serves you, and come home to yourself.
