Still out and about enjoying my summer holiday in South Africa. If you have any questions or enquiries, I'll still be checking in on my emails and messages. For any in-person meetings or sessions I'll be available again from 22 January.

Hope you are all still having a magical new year. I can't wait to meet you and go on this wonderful journey with you.

Did you know that babies are growing machines? Up until the age of six months, babies grow approximately 2.5 cms per month. This number decreases to about 1.3 cms per month from seven- to twelve months.

Hi there, friends. 🌷 Did you know that there are benefits to having a birth doula?

Evidence has shown that if a mother in labour receives continuous support throughout the birth and labour process, both mom and her baby are more likely to have a positive outcome and birth experience.

Do you have any topic or questions you'd like for me to discuss in a next post or reel? Just pop me a DM 🌿
