I did not start in a gym, I started in my living room, after giving birth and recovering from my 3rd C-section, with limited strength and no idea how far I could go. I simply decided to begin. That first workout was not about perfection, it was about rebuilding my body, my confidence and myself, one day at a time.
Start where you are. Use what you have. The progress will follow.
