Being strong ?

I hate when people tell me how strong I am.

Because strength was never a choice. It was survival.

I learned to breathe while drowning. To stand at the edge between worlds and stay.

It's not a badge. It's evidence I was alone.

I don't want to be strong anymore.
I want to be held. Without having to earn it. Without having to break first.

Is that allowed?

Tell me I'm not the only one tired of being the strong one. 🤍

Loneliness isn’t a pathology to be cured or a math problem to be solved with acquaintances and noise.

It is a deep longing for home frequencies. Your own tuning fork resonance.
You can master the architecture of your own solitude, be absolutely okay alone, and still long to be met, seen, and held by your own allies.

There is nothing wrong with wanting that.
In truth,

it is just… lonely for longing to be longed where you truly belong…
