Teken de petitie en red het Zeehondencentrum/WEC! 🦭
Onze financiële situatie is op dit moment zo zorgelijk dat faillissement op korte termijn dreigt. En dat terwijl het pupseizoen van de grijze zeehond op ieder moment kan beginnen.
Daarom willen we er alles aan doen om te blijven bestaan. Want al meer dan 50 jaar vangen we zeehonden in nood op, doen we belangrijk wetenschappelijk onderzoek en delen we onze kennis over de Waddenzee. Dat mogen we toch niet zomaar verliezen? ❤️🩹
Daarom hebben we jouw hulp nodig. Met jouw handtekening onder de petitie laat je zien dat het Zeehondencentrum en het WEC behouden moeten blijven. Ook roepen we de gemeente Het Hogeland en de provincie Groningen op om opnieuw met ons in gesprek te gaan en samen naar een oplossing te zoeken.

Sign the petition and help save the Seal Centre/WEC! 🦭
Our financial situation is currently so concerning that we are at risk of going bankrupt in the near future. And this is happening just as the grey seal pupping season could begin at any moment.
That’s why we want to do everything we can to keep going. For more than 50 years, we’ve been rescuing seals in need, carrying out important scientific research and sharing our knowledge about the Wadden Sea. We can’t just let all of that be lost, can we? ❤️🩹
That’s where we need your help. By signing the petition, you’re showing your support for keeping the Seal Centre and the WEC open. We’re also calling on the municipality of Het Hogeland and the province of Groningen to reopen talks with us and work together to find a solution.
