A few people have asked me: is Sacred Mess yours?

Yes. It is. 🖤

And there is actually a story behind it.

The idea for Sacred Mess grew largely from the words and teachings of Silver Cloud, and in particular from the book that came through our work together in 2017.

Over the years, so many words have stayed with me long after they were spoken or written. Simple sentences carrying something much bigger underneath.

I began wondering what would happen if some of that wisdom stepped outside the pages of a book.

Not as spiritual merchandise.
Not as something that needs explaining.

But translated into a different language — contemporary, raw, wearable.

That became Sacred Mess.

The first drop carries the words:

“In my world, chaos goes quiet.”

One quote. One drop.
A new quote each time.

Yesterday, I drove away from the monastery in Denekamp after a session with someone from New Zealand. And on the way home, I found myself thinking about the journeys we take.

In mediumship, we can be so eager to develop. We want to know where we’re going, how long it will take, and when we’ll finally be ready.

Sometimes, we’re already reaching for tomorrow before we’ve experienced what today has to teach us.

Watching the road, I thought about how we sit behind the wheel, choosing our direction. Yet I often describe the body as the vehicle of the soul.

And perhaps we need to give the soul a little more room to guide us.

We can show up. We can practise. We can make space for the spirit world. But we cannot decide exactly how, or when, our mediumship will unfold.

There is so much to discover along the way. About spirit. About ourselves. About being human.

So have your dreams. Keep moving towards them. And give yourself permission to enjoy the journey you’re already on.

After the wonderful experience of The Living Circle this year, I’m delighted to open the circle again for 2027.

A little personal update from me. 🤍

The past few months with CRPS have been intense, but they’ve also taught me a great deal about myself, what matters to me, and the choices I want to make.

I haven’t sat with my circle for four months, though my connection with the spirit world is still very much there. And I’m grateful to share that my physiotherapist and rehabilitation doctor are surprised by how well my recovery is going.
