This one's for my instructor — my dear sister & friend Yatra Sharma | Yoga and Wellness , who I first met during our yoga teacher training, and who became so much more than that. She walked me through my entire garbha sanskar journey — chanting Vishnu Sahasranam, Lalita Sahasranam, mantra after mantra, breath after breath, each class made just for me and this baby growing inside. What I carry with me most isn't the asanas — it's acceptance of the entire process.Thank you, for holding this space for me. 💙

🌃 A short Night Meditation 🌌

Contemplate the sunset, acknowledge all wonders that night brings: rest and rejuvenation.
As you do this, remember your day. Anything that is holding you back? Let go of residuals and toxins that you've collected for the day. It may be what you have consumed from the 5 sense organs, something you've eaten, or anything else. Exhale deeply to let it out unless you feel comfortable.

Find the connection between yourself and the Universe. 🙏
