Our Town Hall Meeting marked an important milestone as we came together under this year’s theme, “Fleur 2.0 – Velocity with Value.”
During the session, we aligned ourselves with the key goals and priorities for FY 2083/84, creating a shared understanding of where we want to go and how we will get there.
We also introduced clear Job Scorecards for each role, defining specific goals, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. With clear direction, measurable goals, and individual accountability, we aim to move forward with greater focus, ownership, and speed - turning our shared vision into meaningful results and driving Fleur 2.0 towards a stronger and more successful year.
