Project Empower Flow | Menstrual Health Education , Breast examination , pad demonstration from male volunteer & Reusable Pad Making Workshop 🌸
Nepal Health Corps successfully conducted Project Empower Flow at Bhaskar Memorial School-Fulbari, empowering 150 students through an interactive and impactful menstrual health education program.
The workshop was conducted in three engaging sessions: ✨ Menstrual hygiene awareness and myth-busting 🧵 Hands-on reusable sanitary pad making workshop 🎀 Self-breast examination awareness and proper use of sanitary pads
Beyond providing knowledge, the program encouraged open conversations about menstrual health, promoted sustainable menstrual practices through reusable pads, and emphasized the importance of early breast health awareness and self-care. Not only the youth , we planned to make them leaders so that they can summarize the session in home focusing on amaa samuha too . By creating a safe and supportive learning environment, we aimed to reduce stigma, build confidence, and empower young individuals to make informed decisions about their health.
Together, we continue our commitment to creating healthier, more informed, and empowered communities—one step at a time. 💙 Heartly thank you to LOLA for valuable sponsorship , it can never be this smooth without this . Tomorrow, we turn awareness into action. 🌸
Through *Project Empower Flow*,we are excited to empower girls from *Grades 5–9*with menstrual hygiene education, reusable sanitary pad-making, breast self-examination, and cervical cancer awareness.

We will demonstrate the *correct use of a sanitary pad on underwear with the help of male volunteer to help them feel confident seeking help even with their male parents or friends.By encouraging breast self-examination, we also hope to break the stigma around understanding and caring for our own bodies.

> Our goal goes beyond educating students. We hope making every youth as a leader to talk confidently about these things and every participant takes home the reusable pad they make , teaches their mothers, relatives , thus focusing on Aama Samuha.

> Heartfelt thanks to *Ladies of Liberty Alliance* for their generous support , Our past ambassador mr. Nisant Pandey for this opportunity, and Dr. Namuna Rasaili for guiding us.

> Proud to organize this initiative with **Nepal Health Corps – Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Nepal Health Corps – Gandaki Medical College, and Language of Liberty Institute.** 💙✨

Healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
With this belief, Jeevan Prabha successfully conducted a Free Health Camp, reaching and serving 200+ individuals with compassionate, quality healthcare.
Led by 5 dedicated Medical Officers, Cardiologist Dr. yashaswi Pokhrel, and 20+ passionate volunteers, the camp offered free medical consultations, anthropometric assessments, blood glucose and urine testing, ECG services, and free medicine distribution—ensuring that essential healthcare reached those who needed it most.
Every consultation, every test, and every interaction reflected our shared commitment to improving lives through service, awareness, and compassion.
This is more than a health camp—it is a promise that together, we can build healthier communities and bring hope where it is needed most.
200+ lives reached. Countless smiles shared. One mission: Health for All. 💙
