Mind Toolbox I believe that each person is unique. Therefore, I have an individual approach to each person by choosing the most effective technique for solving his issue.

As a trained therapist with 15 years of experience, I have been helping hundreds of people to release psychological traumas, relieve anxiety, panic attacks and phobias, get rid of unwanted habits and lose weight. My passion is to assist people to transform their lives by changing their unhelpful limiting self-beliefs and removing roadblocks on their way to the fulfilling and happy lives. With the development of Natural Medicine and Neuroscience, there are many safe and effective methods that can heal the emotional pain, psychological traumas and many other issues without side effects. In my Mind Toolbox practice, I use multiple psychotherapeutic modalities such as Advanced Clinical Hypnosis, Emotion Freedom Technique (EFT)-energy healing, Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP), neuroscience based Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), and Counseling. My aim is to assist a person to resolve his issue permanently, not temporary. Some of the modalities I use are content free. That means that a client does not need to tell me the details. The therapy can take only 3-5 sessions on average to heal the problem, in some simple cases only 1 or 2 sessions. I have a unique set of qualifications and life experience that have enabled me to create Mind Toolbox. I am a WSN Counseling & Coaching L2 Practitioner; a Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist http://www.hypnotherapynewzealand.co.nz/; Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Registered L1 Practitioner trained in General Psychopathology; Advanced BWRT Practitioner trained in Psychology of Identity and Behavior L2 https://www.bwrt-professionals.com/findapractitioner.php ; The British Brain Working Research Society Founder Member. The Virtual Gastric Band Practitioner.

You get the promotion β€” and instead of celebrating, you think, "Now they'll finally realise I have no idea what I'm doing." "Imposter syndrome isn't a lack of talent; it's a data-processing filter that rejects good news on principle.

Four words β€” "you are too much" β€” can quietly follow someone for years. Your brain doesn't file social rejection differently from physical danger, which is why shrinking around people isn't a personality trait; it's a freeze response.
