Join us for a unique healing experience where two powerful modalities come together to support your body, mind, and spirit.

✨ Limited to 12 participants, We recommend booking early, as our Sound & Reiki events are often fully booked.

You are warmly invited to an evening of deep rest, energetic recalibration, and gentle transformation.

As the sound journey unfolds, Diana will offer each participant an individual hands-on Reiki healing session and any energy reading and guidance that unfold for approximately 7–10 minutes. While this may seem like a short time, Reiki does not measure its impact in time. A shift in energy, awareness, or consciousness can happen in a single moment when we are open to receive.

ASTRAL TRAVEL: HOW TO — A Guided Exploration Beyond the Physical

What happens when the body becomes deeply relaxed — almost asleep — while the mind remains awake, aware and focused?

More details and easy booking here:

https://www.lifelight.co.nz/event-details/astral-travel-a-guided-exploration-beyond-the-physical-31st-oct

This 2.5-hour immersive astral travel experience has been created to help you explore exactly that state:

Mind Awake. Body Asleep.

From this deeply relaxed state, you will be guided through a progressive journey combining meditation, breath, focused awareness, visualisation, energy work, sound and astral projection techniques.

This is not simply a meditation asking you to imagine floating out of your body.

It is a carefully structured process designed to progressively relax the physical body while maintaining a clear thread of conscious awareness.

Body deeply relaxed.

Mind present.

Awareness expanding.

The intention is to create supportive conditions in which your own exploration can naturally unfold.
