I woke up this morning feeling fine
you were the first thing on my mind
I'm on to something good

What calls you now?
From your soul
from your heart
to your new and higher purpose and mission and way of being?
Who and what will you serve?
For whom will you create and how will you contribute to our/your new way and higher consciousness?
Release what binds and holds you in constraint, limitation and fear.
Then activate your new and higher template and mission.
Ask your I AM to show you,
To guide and give tips, and a sense of direction.
Ask to be shown the quantum aspects and invite or instruct these to be activated on all available levels.

calm and fresh
gentle sunshine
glittering water
soft skies
filled with love
place your hand on your heart
breathe love in to your heart
breathe out love into your body

Then breathe love into your body and breathe out that love to your local area
create 3 breaths to the people in your community
3 to the ground of earth
3 breaths to the elementals and insects
3 breaths to the ocean water and rivers
3 breaths to the aquatic in oceanic creatures
3 breaths to the air
3 breaths to the flying beings
Now envisage this as a giant net; pulsating and heaving as it begins to innervate and activate to the higher fifth dimensional frequency.
