NEW CLASS ALERT
Howick local Wendy Blair is joining the Yoga Gym team to bring Teen Yoga to the young adults in our community.
Through our Teen Yoga Classes we aim to improve the mental health of our Teens and promote emotional well-being, so they can cope well with the dad to day stresses of life. 🧘‍♀️

Yoga Classes have finished for 2024!

I have taught my final class for this year and am so grateful for the wonderful community we have created at Yoga Gym, filled with caring and fun-loving members. Thank you to everyone who continues to support me year after year, and a warm welcome to all our new members.
Wishing you all the very best for the festive season. I hope you find time to slow down, enjoy nature a create priceless memories with family and friends.
Look out for our new timetable in January, with exciting new classes coming next year.
