I know a lot of my ladies out there coming to see me at the moment are either starting to look into Peri and Meno treatment options. A lot of you have recently started and some of you have opted to go the natural route (it's all about what is best for you and your body). Those of you who have been doing some research will have discovered just how little many of our GPs (and husbands haha) know about meno - it's kinda scary if I'm honest, how uneducated those who are supposed to be helping us in this time actually know. For many years it's been said that HRT increases your risk of the big b**b C - turns out the latest research says no.

Just in case you're interested - here's a super interesting reel for you to watch with associated research paper :) It's all about doing your research, being educated and advocating for yourself - whatever your issue or ailment may be - so you can best take care of yourself and your family.
