Fresh mint. One of the bonuses of coming - yours for the picking. And there are loads of chives too.

I love how lemons 🍋 are constantly gifted as are walnuts.

Variety is the spice of life! If you are finding things too hot to handle, maybe you need something to look forward to?

There are a couple spots left until I take a break in October. Also November and December are filling beautifully. I am also working through Christmas New Year. Why not book ahead?

Lately I have been doing alot of wellness planning work which is very rewarding. Doing a one page baseline as a guide for you to work towards simplifies the wellbeing overwhelm.

I have also done a bit more mobile work than usual including prescription dropoffs from the -Heel range. The flu has been nasty.

Education is another ongoing slice of my time and keeping up with things like GLP-1, brain aging 🧠, gut health are key at present.

So life is spicy in a good way.

Lots to listen to out there - audiobooks, podcasts etc.

I really enjoyed this interview by Rich Roll of Dolph Lundgren.
I was brought up with a love of action movies so remember him well.

It was an easy listen covering some really interesting parts of his life including being Grace Jone's boyfriend.

Just sharing knowing someone will also enjoy 😃
