VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE.

💚 YOUR PHARMACY, YOUR CHOICE 💚

With a new pharmacy opening next to Riverview Medical Centre, we’ve had some patients ask us:

“If my doctor or receptionist tells me to use the new pharmacy, do I have to?”

The answer is NO.

In New Zealand, YOU have the right to choose which pharmacy you use and where your prescription is sent.

If another pharmacy is suggested and you would prefer to stay with us, simply say:
"No thank you. Please send my prescription to my usual pharmacy, Unichem Huntly.”

It really is that simple. Your prescription. Your pharmacy. Your choice.

At Unichem Huntly, we’re proud to have looked after our community for many years. We employ locals who help locals, we are locally owned, and we continue to offer:

✅ PRICE BEAT on retail items & prescription charges. We BEAT everyone's price.
✅ FREE Medico Rolls / compliance packaging
✅ FREE local home delivery
✅ A wide range of pharmacist health services

We’d love to continue looking after you and your whānau the same way we have been all those years.

💚 Remember: if you want your prescription sent to Unichem Huntly, just say so. The choice is YOURS — and you have the right to make that choice.

Hey guys! 👋

We’re looking for someone local who does window cleaning and would be interested in looking after our pharmacy on a regular monthly basis.

It would also be great to find someone who’s happy to help with the occasional small odd job around the pharmacy — simple things like changing light bulbs using a ladder, and other minor housekeeping/maintenance jobs from time to time.

We’d really prefer to support someone local to the Huntly community. 😊

If you’re interested, or know someone reliable who might be, please flick a message to our email [email protected]

Thank you!

Thanks!
