Morning team, I won't be in the office today. Unfortunately my kidneys think I've betrayed them and are trying to exit my body through my back and my eyes think life is more fun when everything is seen in double.

Got sent this beautiful picture earlier today by a client.

What an amazing way for most of us to end a work week, with some amazing sunshine.

Morning Team, after much deliberation and cuddling of the toilet bowl I think I'm going to stay home today.
This medication that's supposed to be helping me get better is seriously challenging me today.

☀️ **Missing the Sunshine? We’ve Got You Covered!** ☀️

I don’t know what has happened to our beautiful sunshine lately, but I do have a lovely alternative for some much-needed warmth! 🥰

Our **Infrared Sauna** is quietly sitting out the back of our reception area, just waiting for you — or you and a friend — to come and experience its soothing, relaxing warmth. 🔥✨

Take some time for yourself, escape the chilly wet weather and enjoy a little warmth and relaxation. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Why not make it a catch-up with a friend and enjoy some quiet time together?

📩 **Bookings are essential** — get in touch to secure your spot!

Come warm up, unwind and give yourself a little bit of “sunshine” from the inside out. 🌿☀️
