i've created this page for you to be able to view and enjoy, for anyone who wants to make an appointment with me please pm message me or contact me on phone number provided. Please feel free to share my page with others. I was brought into this by my Tupuna, through my Maori and Native American ancestry, and through them teaching me things from the otherside iv been able to understand another's energetics within healing and reading sessions through my own trauma releases, our land/nature and it's connection to us through them teaching me when in nature doing land clearings, spirit work and other knowledge through life experiences that iv had to go through. Spirit are always showing me new and different levels of experience within my mahi. My Mother Faye was a Seer she could see spirit all the time it was something she never tapped into furthur and never often spoke about her gift with others, her and I shared stories and experiences. She definitely chose to listen to the knowing side of things when it came to her children, she often would come out with things that made me feel as though she could spirit too not just see.. especially it was as though she would guide me as if standing in the room with me from the other side of the world, mum lived in Europe for 12/13 years to experience her ancestry there. My Father David was able to predict things, he had a knowing about him that came out when talking with him, he would say sentences word for word that he knew someone would play out in certain scenarios.. or he would say things about an event that would then take place years later down the track and or weekly
He spoke to me about nature spirits, and the land as if he could hear it speak, he made reference to our ancestors and there connection to communicating with spirit.. there were many things that I know now we're part of my "training" so to speak.. that I came to understand as I came into this more. My gifts are passed down, inherited, and even though they weren't nurtured when young, I was able to learn to embrace them as I got older and along the pathway with spirit. I work with the guidance of my spirit team

Its beautiful when you get to see nature moving and forming messages for you to know. NZ is going through it's own transformation. And where ever we are placed is where our energy learns from that space, the grounds we are on. When connecting with nature around you it can bring you what you need to know just by being aware, no its not your mind playing tricks on you, its a message. If you noticed it, its yours to take in.

When our ancestors or guides or spirit show up, in whatever which way they present themselves we should reflect on what that message is so that we can understand our way forward. (As always use discernment)

I took a video the other day and seen two warriors within it, see if you can see them..they stood out like a sore thumb to me so i wrote there meanings the way I described them (screenshots taken from video)

I feel that this resonates with the meaning of our moons phase, and in whatever which way you may find your own personal understanding ✨️

Reflection: Where in your life are you being called to move forward with purpose, while choosing peace over a battle you no longer need to fight?

The heart of this card is you haven't lost your warrior spirit; you've learnt how to use it differently.
The warrior moves forward because you know where you are going. You move carefully because you understand what you need to protect. And you no longer need to fight to prove your strength, because wisdom has changed the way you walk through life.

🌙✨ Refinement, patience & becoming.

The waxing gibbous Moon reminds us that growth takes time. Not everything needs to be forced, and not every answer needs to come at once.

As the Moon shifts from Aries into Ta**us, we move symbolically from action into grounding, from pushing forward into finding peace in where we are.

🔥 We can be courageous without being defensive.
🌿 We can protect our peace without fighting for it.
🤍 We can honour our past without carrying its weight into every new chapter.

Growth is about discernment — knowing when to act, when to let go and when to trust the process. Personally im learning how to use my discernment another way.

Sometimes, we're not being asked to do more, but to move differently. To build a life that feels as safe as it is meaningful, and to allow ourselves to become without rushing the journey.

🌙 A gentle reflection for tonight:
What am I ready to release, and where can I allow myself to soften, trust and grow?

We don't have to force the becoming. We just have to trust it. 🤍✨

Following guidance through God’s instructions is an act of faith—trusting that things will unfold as they are meant to when you choose to listen and follow through. That faith can also guide us toward the people, places, and practices that help us feel safe enough to grow.

Here’s a song shared with me by someone I feel is part of my team in the physical, helping guide me toward my next steps. ✨️ It’s about acknowledging what you know you need to listen to and actively participating with God / Spirit, to better yourself. Even if these patterns feel unfamiliar at first, with practice, they become a natural part of you.

As we learn to listen, we may also become more aware of the masks we wear and the ways we protect ourselves. Are you choosing to take those masks off? And if not, is it because you don’t feel safe enough to do so yet? Feel free to comment below.

I know that, for me, healing has happened in safe company, in safe environments, and alone, within the safety of myself. I’ve healed the aspects of me that were ready, but only in moments when I felt safe—because love resides in that energy. Safety has given me the space to soften, listen more deeply, and take the next steps in moments of healing.

Have you been able to let go in moments of unsafety? No? Why? Because in those moments, we guard ourselves to protect what we need to feel safe. Self-protection is not a failure of faith; it can be a necessary response while we find our footing. We create spaces where love can’t easily reach us while our shields are up and our armour is on. When safety becomes available, we can begin to lower those defences, let love in, and give ourselves the space to heal.

💛Choose Peace over Chaos

There are things in life outside of our control, thats a given, a certain in life, as we navagate through living between and with eachother, however the things we can control that are within our reach are the choices we make everyday to support kindness to ourselves.

💜Message from spirit to everyone who wants to receive

Choose to do the things that bring you joy.

🍃Affirmations to mother yourself

🍃I deserve Peace.
🍃I deserve to have joy in my life.

Nourish yourself with soul food, with things and people that are good for you and good to you, love yourself the way a mother would (even if thats doing it alone)
Not everyone deserves access to your Peace.
Choose to spend time with others who are good for you.

🍃What this choice can look like
They add to the safety of your wellbeing. They value your soul to be looked after and support you feeling safe, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically.

☠️What this doesnt look like
They play on your trauma or fears and they dominate to control. They are mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically unsafe.

🍃Be good to yourself. Good people dont play games to hurt others if they are good for you they will show it. Use your ears, your eyes, your feelings, your knowing. Its all there.

April the 5th 2023 IT TAKES TIME

Grief can hit differently when you finally allow yourself to feel it.

I didn't have the time or space to fully feel my father's passing when it happened, but right now, I'm allowing myself to feel it.

Lately, I've felt Dad showing up in ways that make me feel as though he's making up for lost time, showing me that he's trying. Through the connection I feel with him, he's been reassuring me about where I am in life right now, helping me recognise what's good for me and what feels right for me.

I feel as though the past, present and future have energetically come together at a point in my life where things are beginning to feel aligned, and I know Dad has been a part of that experience for me.

I'm learning to understand the love he shows me in spirit as the love he may have wanted to express in the physical, but didn't always know how. Like many others, he didn't necessarily have the emotional tools to express what was within him in the ways he might have wanted to.

Regardless of everything, I found peace with Dad when he passed, and not long afterwards, I felt a deep peace in my heart knowing that his busy mind was finally at rest. His psychic knowing, his thoughts, and the things he carried within himself could finally be at peace. I do know how freeing it feels to have that clarity and understanding beyond this life. (For the moment that I was able to experience it)

But even with that peace, I miss my dad.
I want what I have with him now, and what I had with him in moments throughout my younger years, to be alive in the physical world today. I wish I could experience that connection with him here, now, in the physical, with the understanding and clarity that we have come to have.

Perhaps that's the part of grief I'm beginning to feel more deeply: knowing that peace can exist alongside longing, and that understanding someone differently doesn't take away the sadness of no longer having them here.

I can have peace with his passing and still wish he were here. Both can be true, because love doesn't end simply because someone's physical presence does. (And I mean that in more ways than one)

💚 My question is - where in your life are you allowing yourself to feel what you need? Feel free to comment..💚

Thankyou ✨️ Dad for showing me who you were, who you have been, and who you are being. ✨️

A Gentle Reminder to Our Whānau: The Beauty of Belonging, Reconnection and Compassion ❤️

Sometimes, we forget that not everyone who belongs to Te Ao Māori / whānau has had the opportunity to grow up surrounded by it.

Some of us have grown up immersed in our tikanga, our reo, our marae, our gatherings and the beautiful customs that help us feel connected to one another. We learn from childhood how to approach our elders, how to greet our people, how to hongi, how to embrace, and how to move comfortably within our whānau spaces.

But for some of us, the journey back to our roots looks a little different.

We may be whānau by blood, connected through whakapapa, yet have grown up away from the everyday experiences that others may take for granted. We may return to our marae with a genuine desire to reconnect, to learn, to understand more about who we are and where we come from, and to feel that beautiful connection with our own people.

And yet, despite that connection, we may still feel shy, awkward, uncertain or a little overwhelmed.

I know this feeling personally.

Although I am connected to my whānau through whakapapa, I haven't had the experience of growing up surrounded by everyone and learning all the customs naturally from childhood. So, when I find myself among my people, there can be moments when I feel a little unsure of myself.

Something as simple as walking around to greet everyone can feel surprisingly daunting. Do I approach everyone? Do I hongi, hug, kiss cheeks? Am I doing this right? Will I look awkward if I hesitate?

These might seem like little things to someone who has grown up with these customs, but when you are learning them later in life, they can feel much bigger than they appear.

Sometimes, when we feel uncertain, we return to our default setting. We become quiet, hesitate, or avoid doing something that makes us feel uncomfortable. Not because we don't want to connect, and not because we don't care, but because we are still finding our confidence in an environment that means something to us.

But something beautiful happens everytime for me.

My whānau helps me.

A gentle reminder from a cousin on what to do, offering that little bit of guidance I needed. Then one of the Tane in the group says, "I'll start you off." He went first, and I followed.

It might have seemed like a small gesture to him, but to me, it meant something.

He didn't make me feel silly for not knowing. He didn't leave me to work it out on my own. He simply offered to lead the way, giving me the confidence to take that next step.

My cousin's gentle reminder and his willingness to go first helped make an unfamiliar but very familiar moment feel manageable.

And I want to acknowledge that, because I am genuinely grateful.

Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness become the biggest invitations to belong.

We don't need grand gestures to help someone feel welcome. Sometimes, all it takes is a little patience, a gentle prompt, someone showing us the way, or someone quietly saying, "Come on, I'll go first."

For those who have grown up immersed in their culture, these customs may feel as natural as breathing. But for those of us reconnecting later in life, there can be a learning process that comes with vulnerability, uncertainty and the courage to keep showing up.

There may be moments when we feel proud to be reconnecting, alongside moments when we feel like we are catching up on experiences we missed. We may know in our hearts that we belong, while still learning how to feel completely comfortable in that belonging and the knowing.

We can belong to our whānau and still be learning how to feel at home within it.

And this is where compassion becomes so important.

Not everyone arrives at the same place in their journey at the same time. Some have grown up surrounded by their people, while others are finding their way back after years apart, different upbringings or circumstances beyond their control.

Rather than judging someone for being quiet, hesitant or unsure, perhaps we can remember that there may be a story behind their silence.

Perhaps they need someone to approach them first. Perhaps they need a little guidance. Perhaps they need to watch someone else before finding the confidence to follow.

And perhaps, like me, they will remember that kindness long after the moment has passed.

We can honour our tikanga while helping others learn it. We can uphold the beauty of our traditions while making space for people who are still becoming familiar with them. We can share what we know without making someone feel embarrassed about what they don't yet know.

That is manaakitanga in action: caring for others, uplifting them and helping them feel welcome.

To my whānau who offer me that gentle support, thank you. Thank you for the reminder, for going first, for allowing me to follow, and for helping me feel a little more confident among my own people.

Theres something else I have come to understand about myself while obsorbing what im learning, and thats even though I have been to the marae and experienced these moments many times, I can still feel shy or uncertain.

You might think that after doing something repeatedly, it should eventually become easy. But sometimes, even after many attempts, we still need a little patience, encouragement and time.

For me, this isn't about not wanting to participate or not valuing our tikanga. It's about allowing myself the time to become more comfortable with something I haven't had the opportunity to learn naturally from childhood.

I can have a good experience one time and still feel shy the next. I can understand what to do and still hesitate when the moment arrives. And sometimes, I might find myself slipping back into old patterns of avoiding the very thing I am trying to become more confident doing.

I am learning that this doesn't mean I have failed or that I haven't made progress. It simply means that becoming comfortable is a journey, and progress doesn't always happen in a straight line.

This is why those small gestures of support from my whānau mean so much to me. They remind me that I don't have to have everything figured out, and that it's okay to still be learning, even when I have been in these spaces before.

Sometimes, we don't need someone to do it for us. We just need someone to be patient enough to walk beside us while we learn to do it for ourselves.

This is something worth remembering when we encounter others who seem hesitant or unsure. We may not know how many times they have tried, how much courage it has taken for them to show up, or how hard they are working internally to move beyond their discomfort (or other unseen things that others are unaware of)

A little understanding can go a long way. And sometimes, the most supportive thing we can offer someone isn't another reminder that they should know by now, but the reassurance that they are allowed to keep learning at their own pace.
