This exceptionally rare, raw and unfermented cacao comes from a limited founding batch and contains around 5× higher polyphenols than traditionally fermented cacao, making it a beautiful choice for presence, calm focus, meditation, creativity and vision work.

Hello, beautiful souls! You made it! Last Friday of the school holidays, it's simply stunning outside, with that beautiful blue sky, so keeping it blue, let’s talk about another essential crystal in your bag : Sodalite. Although commonly known for its blue color, sodalite can also appear gray, yellow, green, or pink. It often has white veins or patches.

Sodalite's history spans from ancient South America, where the Caral people traded it around 2600 B.C., to its European discovery in Greenland in 1806 and naming by Thomas Thomson in 1811 for its high sodium content. It became popular as an ornamental stone after large deposits were found in Bancroft, Ontario, Canada, in 1891, leading to its use in decorating Marlborough House by the Princess of Wales and earning the nickname "Princess Blue". So how do we use it today?

Sodalite: Calming – Creativity – Sleep

Sodalite is a crystal that brings order and calmness to the mind. It promotes emotional balance, eases insomnia and anxiety, and calms panic attacks. Sodalite improves one’s self-esteem and acceptance of themselves. Insecurities are often eliminated when one works with Sodalite on a consistent basis, as it will restore one’s confidence in their unique talents and abilities. Sodalite enhances creativity and imagination. It can also be placed in a group setting, such as an office, to promote harmony, cooperation and teamwork.

Hello Beautiful Souls, welcome to Monday you’re almost there – only 1 week to go for school holidays!! I don’t know about you, but my energy is feeling ‘pretty flat’, so time to surround ourselves with the ‘big guns’ – let’s talk Quartz!

Quartz crystal history spans millions of years, from prehistoric toolmaking to ancient spiritual, decorative, and modern technological uses. Prized by ancient cultures for its "icy" appearance, it was used by Sumerians and Egyptians for jewelry. Ancient Greeks, including Theophrastus, believed clear quartz was permanent, supercooled ice, calling it krustallos(meaning "ice"), which evolved into the term "crystal". Egyptians used quartz for amulets, and healing. Romans utilized quartz for jewelry, cameos, and to cool their hands. In Japan, it was viewed as the "breath of a white dragon," symbolizing perfection. Australian Aboriginal mythology views it as a source of shamanic power.

So how do we use it today?

Clear or White Quartz: Balance – Clarity – Healing

Clear or White Quartz is known as the ‘Master Healer’. It is a powerful crystal that can be programmed to address and manifest any intention, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. One of the best ways to experience the power of Quartz is to use it to help amplify your personal intentions – decide what you want and use your crystal to magnify your intention until it manifests. Quartz balances all the chakras, clears stagnant energy, and opens the heart and mind to higher guidance. It is also excellent for concentration by allowing one to focus and think clearly. You need to be careful with Quartz and remember it is an amplifier so will amplify negative energy as well as positive.

On Friday 25th September my beautiful little Penny became extremely unwell and crossed the rainbow bridge. It was very sudden and my heart is broken 💔. Penny was an incredibly loving little dog with a big personality.
Her favourite things were big sticks twice or sometimes 3 times her size. Chasing balls with Max, running on the beach, snuggling on the bed. Staying with Jeremy lol took a few weeks to get her back from him.
Recently going and having spa or should I say spoil days at Julie's.
Being annoyed at Onyx who took great delight in teasing her.
Onyx and I will miss her terribly but I am so grateful I had her in my life ❤️
Life will be different for us all without you.

What can your child discover when they expand their perception beyond what only their eyes see? ✨

JedEye Youth Training is a space for young consciousness explorers to investigate perception, intuition and awareness in a playful, grounded way.
Through activities such as MindSight, Remote Viewing, energy awareness, and mind-matter interactions, children are encouraged to become curious about how they perceive information, how they focus their attention, and how much more there may be to consciousness than we are led to believe.

MindSight introduces blindfolded local perception, beginning with simple colour and object exercises while learning to quiet the mind and notice subtle impressions.
Along the way, we also explore things like crystals, intention, energy awareness, dreams,
and the bigger questions children sometimes have about consciousness.

No pressure. No need to “perform”. Just curiosity, experimentation, self-trust and exploration. ✨
