Grass roots movement teachers, I see you.

Since opening Oceanside Pilates it's become clear that there's a real need in our community for a more comprehensive approach to movement.

This Spring the evolution continues with the opening of a full-sized Comprehensive Pilates Studio in Mangawhai.

Personalised, intelligent movement and helping people understand their bodies have always been at the heart of Oceanside. This new space will allow that philosophy to grow and support even more people in our community.

P.S. I'm looking to build the Oceanside teaching team. If you're a Studio Pilates teacher who values intelligent movement and quality teaching I'd love to hear from you. 🌀

Full of birthday love, joy and gratitude 🌀

Round three of the Polestar student teacher Zoom Mat Block starts next week 💫

Regular practice is everything when you're in your training, the Mat block makes it easy to keep your practice consistent as you can do it from the comfort of your own home.

I trained outside of Auckland and I know firsthand how hard it can be to find quality Mat classes with a Polestar teacher in your area. Here is the key to breaking that barrier 🔑

Can't make it live? Everyone gets a 72-hour replay link after every session.

Drop in for a single class or commit to the full block, which ever works best for you!

DM me with any questions or hit the link in bio to book. Would love to see you there!

The hour you spend in the studio should make the other 23 even better 🤌

The Oceanside way is about building the strength, mobility and confidence to keep doing the things that make life feel full.

For me, Comprehensive Pilates means I can swim stronger, say yes to ocean adventures (I'm a water baby at heart, hence the Oceanside name 🥳) and maintain the physical vitality to keep doing the things I love. It's the foundation that supports everything else I enjoy.

Movement with education isn't just about what happens in the studio. It's about giving you the freedom to keep saying yes to the life you love!

A new chapter of Oceanside Pilates is taking shape.

Created from a belief that movement should be experienced, understood and personalised.

A space for those who value quality, expertise, and a deeper connection with their body.

Coming soon.

Word of mouth isn't just nice to hear, it keeps our businesses going 🤌

If you've had a great experience somewhere, tell your friends, leave a review or talk about it. I promise you it makes a much bigger difference than you might realise. 🤸‍♂️

Giving a shout-out to some excellent client-facing bizzo's who make our community what it is.

Kneeling cat on the chair + spinal free play variations.

A pairing of inversion, spinal mobility, stability and a deep element of trust and confidence in one self & the apparatus.

Thank you Gary Fok (Toronto🇨🇦 & HK) for the inspiration on this one 🤸‍♂️ As you wrote Gary, Mobility before stability. Movement creates confidence. Confidence creates resilience.
