Designed for one, or to share with a friend, our extended appointments give you time to enjoy the space without feeling rushed. A cup of herbal tea, something sweet, conversation or the quiet. The purpose of this space is that it can be whatever you need.

Cued by highly qualified instructors and physios, our on demand reformer model lets you choose a class at a level that suits you and your capacity on the day.

If you’re someone who learns by watching, the kiosk gives you a visual reference for every movement. If your mind drifts off, you can simply look back to the screen and check your position, pace or next movement. Rather than relying on the person next to you and hoping they’re not doing the same thing.

For some people, hearing an instruction and translating it into a body position isn’t quite as easy as seeing it.
