We moved our bodies, we learned, we shared, we practiced slow touch,we feasted, we energized ourselves amid the magnificent trees, the healing hot and cold waters.
I loved teaching my approach to massage: going slow, unraveling the nervous system and fascia, trauma informed, somatoc awareness, priotizing nurturing and energizing ourselves through Qi Gong, Yoga and Spa therapy to be better therapists.
Fanstastic location for a workshop retreat like this and can't wait to do it again.
DM me for your expression of interest.
