A big thank you to our Dr Tyler White for sharing valuable knowledge about skin health at a recent Rotary Exchange talk! 🌿

The session highlighted the importance of looking after our skin, recognising changes early, and knowing what to look for when it comes to potential skin cancers.

🔎 Remember SCAN!

S – Sore or symptomatic

C – Changing spots or lesions

A – Abnormalities

N – New lesions appearing that weren't there before

Early detection can make a real difference. Get to know your skin, check it regularly, and seek medical advice if you notice a spot that is changing, looks different, or isn’t healing.

Remember, sun protection is important too: seek shade, cover up, wear a broad-brimmed hat and apply sunscreen.
