I restocked persimmon soap today, the previous batches were incredibly popular and went within a week or so. The popularity is great but unfortunately this will be my last batch until autumn next year because I didn't prep enough persimmon this year.

Both pics are the same batch of soap, persimmon is reacts vividly with lye, initially turning deep army green then to a dark brown when added to the oils, then it settles down to a warm caramel colour as it cures.
